We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.

Most basic maintenance reminder lights (like for changing the air conditioning filter) can be manually cleared using a combination of steering wheel buttons or through the engineering mode on the central control screen. We will provide internal guidance manuals for these hidden operations to our B2B clients.

Once the car system (especially in a closed ecosystem) undergoes a major version upgrade, its bootloader is usually locked, preventing downgrades. If this happens, there is basically no solution in an overseas environment. Therefore, we strongly warn: do not blindly insert a USB drive to upgrade while offline.
