The vehicle is in good condition. There was a small cut on the flange due to someone installing a tow hook. After inspection by Dr. Cha, the damage was not caused by an accident. It is only sold to customers who know cars.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
We will proactively provide a third-party inspection report (such as from Check Doctor), support customers in re-inspection at the store, and promise "return of major accident vehicles."
This is a common issue with sea transport. If the vehicle is parked at a humid dock, the EPB can easily rust to the brake disc. In addition to testing its release before shipping, we try to ask dock workers to secure the wheels with chocks instead of fully engaging the electronic parking brake.
