Condition Description

Today, I'm introducing a high-value used car: the 2020 Hyundai Elantra 1.4T DCT Dynamic & Vitality model. Compared to other competing models in its class, it performs admirably in all aspects. First, let's talk about the car's condition. This is a one-owner vehicle, serviced exclusively at a 4S dealership. The engine and transmission are in excellent working order, the paint is original, and the exterior looks brand new, as if it just came from the dealership. Some competing cars may have had collision repairs, making them less reliable in terms of condition. The odometer reads 89,000 kilometers, which is very healthy for a car registered in April 2020. Now let's look at the features. It has practical features such as power folding exterior mirrors, automatic headlights, and a rearview camera. Many competing models at the same price point may only offer some of these features, while the Hyundai Elantra includes them all, which is quite generous. The exterior is a classic white, while the interior is dark, giving it a sophisticated and dirt-resistant look. The interior is also spacious, offering a level of comfort comparable to competing vehicles. Our Huichi Premium Auto Dealership is committed to providing high-quality used cars, rigorously controlling every step from vehicle inspection to sale. If you're considering a cost-effective, well-maintained used car, this Hyundai Elantra is definitely worth checking out.

Q&A

More

If the vehicle's nameplate is worn and unclear, can it be legally re-stamped for customs clearance?

We cannot privately forge or re-stamp the original vehicle nameplate (this is illegal). If the nameplate is unclear, we will rely on the clear VIN on the windshield and the engine stamp as supplementary proof, and we will warn you of this risk before shipping.

What should I do if I find obvious defects on the exterior that were not mentioned in the inspection report after receiving the car?

Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.

If a coup occurs in the destination country or if import regulations are suddenly changed, preventing the vehicle from clearing customs, does this count as force majeure?

It completely falls under force majeure. After the delivery is completed (crossing the ship's rail) under FOB or CIF terms, the seller (us) bears no liability for refunds or compensation due to political risks or legal changes in the destination country that hinder customs clearance or lead to confiscation.
