We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We are only responsible for delivering the goods to your designated transshipment port (such as Jebel Ali Port in Dubai). The warehousing fees, customs clearance fees, and storage fees for re-export within the free trade zone need to be calculated separately with local freight forwarders.

It depends on the specific brand and model. Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps.
