A thorough inspection covers: paint thickness measurement across 30+ points to map body repairs; structural assessment of pillars, rails and crossmembers for accident damage; engine and transmission operation; a full electronic scan for fault codes; suspension and underbody checks for leaks and rust; and, for EVs, battery SOH and thermal management performance. You receive a written report with photos before the car is loaded — if the car fails, you can stop the shipment or renegotiate. Under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms, we will insure your vehicle with a reputable international insurance company for "All Risks" before shipment. If total loss or partial damage occurs during sea transport, the risk transfers to you once the goods cross the ship's rail. However, sellwellauto will not stand by; we will assist you in preparing complete claims documentation (such as the bill of lading, invoice, and damage photos) to initiate a cross-border claim process with the insurance company, minimizing your financial loss.

To prevent intermittent failures due to aging of the resistance wire, we will start the engine and set the seat heating/ventilation to maximum for at least 5 minutes, confirming significant temperature changes or airflow output in the cushion and backrest using an infrared thermometer or body sensor.
