We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

The third-party data service providers we connect to legally access the Chinese Public Security Traffic Management Platform, the insurance claims network directly under the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the after-sales databases of major automotive manufacturers. We perform secondary logical verification based on this underlying data.

We will proactively provide a third-party inspection report (such as from Check Doctor), support customers in re-inspection at the store, and promise "return of major accident vehicles."
