All used cars sold at Volkswagen 4S dealerships are sourced from customers who traded in their old vehicles for new ones. These vehicles undergo professional inspection, evaluation, and refurbishment to meet high sales standards, guaranteeing no major accidents, flood damage, or fire damage, and providing after-sales support. All vehicles have complete documentation, and we offer financing options to facilitate used car trade-ins, sales, financing, insurance, and ownership transfer.
We use an internationally certified electronic signature platform (such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign). Each signed contract generates a digital certificate with a timestamp and encrypted hash value, which has full legal defense effectiveness in international arbitration courts.
We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. A high number of transfers does not necessarily indicate poor condition (for example, internal transfers within a family for quota purposes), but we will consider it a risk factor and conduct a more thorough physical inspection to verify its actual condition.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
