Changes must be requested before the shipping cut-off date (SI Cut-off Date) prior to the vessel's departure. Once the vessel has sailed, the shipping company will charge a high amendment fee, which may also cause delays in customs clearance at the destination port, with costs borne by the buyer.

Our freight rate quotes have a clear validity period. If the buyer delays the deposit payment and misses the scheduled price lock, the GRI (General Rate Increase) charged by the shipping company must be fully covered by the buyer before booking and loading can be arranged.

Shipping companies have high requirements for the loading position and fire isolation measures for dangerous goods, and some roll-on/roll-off ships refuse to accept used EVs.
