Our freight rate quotes have a clear validity period. If the buyer delays the deposit payment and misses the scheduled price lock, the GRI (General Rate Increase) charged by the shipping company must be fully covered by the buyer before booking and loading can be arranged.

We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

Temperature differences during sea transport can easily trigger the tire pressure warning. After inflating the tires to the standard pressure (usually 2.5 Bar), most vehicles will automatically clear the warning after driving a few kilometers; some models require manually clicking "Tire Pressure Reset" in the "Vehicle Settings" on the central screen.
