Condition Description

A 2015 Haval H2 with a 1.5L engine and a 6-speed manual transmission, registered a few days shy of the due date. The car is in good condition with the engine in peak performance. All fees are paid in full and can be purchased at the end of the year – no investment required, ready to drive immediately. Features include radar, leather seats, and a good driving feel. I'm looking for a smooth-driving manual transmission. The engine is a new 1.5T model, known for its durability and fuel efficiency. It gets around 6 liters per 100km in the city and a little over 5 liters per 100km on the highway, which works out to about 40 cents per kilometer. The car has no major accidents, no flood damage, and no fire damage. The contract specifies this is a 2015 model; the exterior and interior are much more stylish. Don't compare it to the older models. Financing and trade-in options are available. The total price is just over 10,000 RMB.

Q&A

More

Can you export newer Chinese cars to the U.S. market (which requires vehicles to be at least 25 years old to be exempt from FMVSS)?

Absolutely not. The U.S. DOT and EPA have strict import restrictions on non-compliant vehicles. Any Chinese used car that is not 25 years old and not produced to U.S. standards will face mandatory crushing and destruction upon arrival at U.S. ports. We directly reject such non-compliant orders.

If I accidentally lose my only smart key while overseas, can you provide the key code remotely?

It's extremely difficult. The security level of Chinese brand immobilizers is very high, and you must connect a specialized factory computer to the vehicle's OBD and be online with the domestic server to match it. Losing all keys usually means you need to replace the entire lock cylinder and anti-theft control module while overseas.

If a coup occurs in the destination country or if import regulations are suddenly changed, preventing the vehicle from clearing customs, does this count as force majeure?

It completely falls under force majeure. After the delivery is completed (crossing the ship's rail) under FOB or CIF terms, the seller (us) bears no liability for refunds or compensation due to political risks or legal changes in the destination country that hinder customs clearance or lead to confiscation.
