Our shipping quotes are typically valid for only 7 to 14 days. If a CIF contract is signed and there are significant fluctuations in shipping costs due to war surcharges or route changes imposed by the shipping company before the vehicle is actually loaded, we will transparently provide you with the official price increase notice from the shipping company. At that point, we reserve the right to renegotiate the freight difference or allow you to change the trade terms to FOB, letting you designate your own freight forwarder for booking.

We repeatedly confirm and emphasize to buyers before sale: after leaving mainland China, most Chinese smart electric vehicle ecosystems (such as cloud voice assistants, online maps, OTA updates) will be permanently offline. You are purchasing a hardware platform with excellent mechanical quality and a three-electric system; please use it as a "standalone" vehicle. Do not trust false promises from other channels claiming "perfect overseas unlocking and continuous official OTA updates."

Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
