Yes. For large B2B government or major fleet procurement projects, to ensure the safety of your deposit, we can issue an advance payment guarantee from one of China's four major state-owned banks, but the buyer must bear the issuance fee.
If your remitting bank requires verification of the transaction's authenticity, we will promptly provide: a commercial invoice (PI) signed and stamped by both parties, a scanned copy of the vehicle purchase contract, and our legal export enterprise registration certificate from the Ministry of Commerce in China.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
