If the buyer's country is under international sanctions, or if the buyer fails to provide a legitimate source of funds leading to the bank returning the payment, all transfer fees and exchange rate losses incurred during this period are to be borne entirely by the buyer.

If the system reports "storage card error," we will consider it as damage or loss of the original owner's personal items, and the platform will not provide a new high-speed TF card for free; the buyer must purchase a replacement after arriving at the port.

Timeline: quote within days, inspection 3-7 days, booking and loading 1-2 weeks, ocean transit 3-6 weeks, customs clearance 3-10 days. Red flags: personal bank accounts, pressure to skip inspection, prices far below market.
