For EVs, add battery pack casing, insulation values, and battery state of health (SOH). Insist on original timestamped photos with the VIN visible and a written conclusion such as 'fit for export' or 'major defects found.' A report that only says 'good condition' is not worth paying for.

It's not mandatory. Four-wheel alignment and dynamic balance are part of routine maintenance. During long-distance towing and sea transport, the suspension may experience slight changes in stress. We recommend that buyers perform a four-wheel alignment locally after picking up the vehicle at the destination port and replacing tires suitable for local road conditions.

Unless the previous owner retained the original parts and provided them to us, we usually keep the existing modifications and clearly state in the report "includes non-original modifications." Since the standards for illegal modifications vary by country, buyers should assess whether these modifications can legally pass inspection in their destination country.
