The original Chinese license plates are obscured to protect the previous owner's personal privacy, and also because the plates have been forcibly reclaimed by Chinese traffic management after the vehicle completed the "transfer pending export" registration. For older vehicles or those used in high temperature and humidity areas, we will focus on opening the hood to check if the insulation of the wiring harness in the high-temperature area of the engine compartment is cracked or brittle, to identify potential short circuit risks that could lead to spontaneous combustion.

Under international practices and our standard CIF/FOB terms, the THC at the port of origin (China) is borne by the seller; all THC and port miscellaneous charges incurred at the destination port during unloading are to be paid by the buyer (consignee) upon local customs clearance and pickup.
