A few days ago, the engine cylinder head gasket was blown, and the engine underwent a major overhaul. The air conditioning vents and ambient lighting were modified. The contract can state that the car has not been flooded, burned, or involved in any major accidents.
Because it's not a one-time transaction. Only by ensuring compliance checks, improving after-sales service, and providing parts can a good reputation be established, leading to repeat purchases and long-term cooperation.
Vehicles sold domestically in China only have the "Environmental Information List" and the "Vehicle Qualification Certificate," which are not the COC of the European system. We will provide a notarized English translation of the Chinese qualification certificate. If local customs strictly require the original European COC, the vehicle will not be able to clear customs.
This is a key legal issue. If the inspection is conducted by a third party appointed by us, we will be the primary responsible party and provide limited compensation to you, after which we will seek reimbursement from the inspection agency; if the inspection agency is designated by you personally (such as SGS), you will need to file a claim directly with that agency according to its service terms.
