Before export, our technical team will use professional OBD diagnostic equipment to read the underlying data from the Battery Management System (BMS). We will provide you with a technical report that includes key indicators such as battery health percentage (SOH), cell pressure differences, and charge-discharge cycle counts. If the SOH is below our established export safety standard (usually above 80%, depending on the vehicle's age), the vehicle will be intercepted and not sent overseas.

After receiving the final payment, we will send you the complete set of original customs clearance documents via DHL or FedEx, which typically includes: - Bill of Lading (B/L) - Commercial Invoice - Packing List - Certificate of Origin (CO) - Used Vehicle Export License issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China Note: If your local customs requires additional documents (such as VIN consistency certificate), please inform us in advance before shipping.

Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
