The catalytic converter contains precious metals, making it a target for theft. During chassis inspection, we check if the welding points of the catalytic converter are in their original state. Once verified, the vehicle will be sealed after being handed over to port logistics to prevent disassembly and resale.

As the importer, you mainly need to bear the following costs at the destination port: import duties, VAT or GST, terminal handling charges, local customs clearance fees, and inland logistics costs from the port to your company. For older vehicles or those used in high temperature and humidity areas, we will focus on opening the hood to check if the insulation of the wiring harness in the high-temperature area of the engine compartment is cracked or brittle, to identify potential short circuit risks that could lead to spontaneous combustion.
