Another one for celebration! A 2017 Citroën Elysee 1.6L, automatic, one owner, in pristine condition inside and out. Only 80,000+ kilometers on the odometer. Fuel-efficient, reliable, and durable. All parts in top condition, no accidents, no water damage! Cheap price, just over 20,000 RMB for cash.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
We will honestly inform you of the common issues with this model (such as the water pump failure in certain German cars) and show that this car has had the improved parts replaced.
No, this is a serious customs violation. Complete vehicles (HS Code 8703) and auto parts (HS Code 8708, etc.) are subject to completely different import tax rates. Combining them on one invoice could lead to the invoice being returned by customs and may expose you to tax fraud accusations at the destination port.
