The vehicle cannot pass inspection due to significant welding on the inner side of the left C-pillar. Paintwork includes front and rear bumpers, and the left rear door. Bodywork repairs include the left front fender (approximately the size of two palms), left rear fender (approximately the size of five palms), and the outer surface of the left C-pillar (approximately the size of two palms). The rest of the paint is original. The left rear taillight is cracked. The rear windshield has been replaced.
We use a calibrated high-precision paint thickness gauge to take multiple measurements on at least 13 metal surfaces of the entire vehicle. The original paint thickness of mainstream Chinese models typically ranges from 90μm to 150μm. If any area exceeds 200μm or even reaches over 500μm, we will directly conclude that the area has undergone bodywork and filler repair.
If there is a minor leak in the lines due to bumps, it is possible that the cooling may not work upon arrival. This is a normal physical loss. The cost of vacuuming, pressure testing, and recharging refrigerant at a local auto repair shop is low and is the buyer's responsibility.
The technician will put the vehicle in neutral on the lift, rotate the wheels, and listen for any abnormal metal gear whine from inside the motor reducer, and check for gear oil leaks at the joints of the reducer housing.
