Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.

We are only responsible for delivering the goods to your designated transshipment port (such as Jebel Ali Port in Dubai). The warehousing fees, customs clearance fees, and storage fees for re-export within the free trade zone need to be calculated separately with local freight forwarders.

Most basic maintenance reminder lights (like for changing the air conditioning filter) can be manually cleared using a combination of steering wheel buttons or through the engineering mode on the central control screen. We will provide internal guidance manuals for these hidden operations to our B2B clients.
