This is a typical case of "secondary damage caused by unprofessional rescue." Many hybrid vehicles require access to "maintenance mode" via engineering computers to allow the water pump to run at full speed for exhaust. We will use a megohmmeter (insulation resistance tester) to measure the insulation resistance of the high-voltage bus. If the resistance value is below the national safety standard, it indicates a risk of leakage, and the vehicle will be deemed unqualified.

Testing is mandatory. Troubleshooting electrical devices in the car is part of the standard procedure. We will test the window lift motors, mirror folding, air conditioning compressor and fan, electric seat tracks, etc. Any stuttering or failure of electronic components will be recorded.
