Inspection revealed that the vehicle has been ruled out as a major accident vehicle, a flood-damaged vehicle, or a fire-damaged vehicle. The exterior has minor scratches and damage, the interior is clean with normal wear, the frame is undamaged, the engine shows normal wear, the transmission shifts smoothly, and all electrical fluid levels are normal.
Unless the previous owner retained the original parts and provided them to us, we usually keep the existing modifications and clearly state in the report "includes non-original modifications." Since the standards for illegal modifications vary by country, buyers should assess whether these modifications can legally pass inspection in their destination country.
We maintain an extremely cautious and firm denial. Some platforms may cater to such demands for orders, but converting left-hand drive to right-hand drive involves complex steering column cutting, firewall structure changes, and wiring harness reorganization. This non-factory deep modification poses significant safety risks and is very difficult to pass vehicle safety inspections in developed countries (such as Japan's earthquake test and the UK's IVA test). Out of responsibility for safety and long-term reputation, we refuse to provide any steering conversion services that damage the vehicle's underlying structure.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
