Changes must be requested before the shipping cut-off date (SI Cut-off Date) prior to the vessel's departure. Once the vessel has sailed, the shipping company will charge a high amendment fee, which may also cause delays in customs clearance at the destination port, with costs borne by the buyer.

If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.

Testing is mandatory. Troubleshooting electrical devices in the car is part of the standard procedure. We will test the window lift motors, mirror folding, air conditioning compressor and fan, electric seat tracks, etc. Any stuttering or failure of electronic components will be recorded.
