We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

Our technical report will read the environmental information from the vehicle's factory-issued documentation (including certifications like National V, National VI, etc.). You need to submit the specific emission limit data we provide (such as grams of CO, THC, NOx emissions) to your country's environmental or customs authorities for compliance comparison.

Odors are difficult to convey through images, so our quality inspectors conduct subjective smell assessments and record them. For vehicles with severe smoke or mold odors, if deep ozone sterilization is ineffective, we will downgrade the vehicle and mark the report with a red "Odor Warning" at the top.
