This car is 6 years old, with an average annual mileage of 13,000 kilometers, typical daily use by a normal family, and has never been transferred to another owner, making it a good first-hand car; there may be obvious signs of wear and tear on the exterior; the interior shows obvious signs of use or dirt; the overall body frame is intact and without abnormalities; fluids are normal, and the powertrain is functioning well.

We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
Unless the previous owner retained the original parts and provided them to us, we usually keep the existing modifications and clearly state in the report "includes non-original modifications." Since the standards for illegal modifications vary by country, buyers should assess whether these modifications can legally pass inspection in their destination country.
