Driving: The vehicle has no problems with ignition, starting, speeding up, cornering, deceleration, and braking. The acceleration is rapid, the power output is stable and comfortable, and there is no idling jitter. Overall: The overall condition of the vehicle is general. The frame structure of the car body shall be free of deformation and distortion, and no traces of fire and water soaking.
Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.
The commercial invoice and export license we provide are based on the vehicle's underlying VIN and official Chinese nameplate data. If there are minor discrepancies with the destination country's customs system parameters (such as curb weight), we will issue a "Parameter Explanation Letter" stamped by our company to assist you in explaining, but we cannot change the official document data.
