Appearance: the paint surface is well maintained, the body structure is not repaired, and there is no major accident. Interior: Clean and tidy. Safety indicator lights are normal, passive safety items such as airbags are normal, electronic devices in the vehicle are in good use, and static and dynamic equipment in the vehicle is complete. Driving: The vehicle has no problems with ignition, starting, speeding up, cornering, deceleration, and braking. The acceleration is rapid, the power output is stable and comfortable, and there is no idling jitter. Overall: The overall condition of the vehicle is general. The frame structure of the car body shall be free of deformation and distortion, and no traces of fire and water soaking.
We use a calibrated high-precision paint thickness gauge to take multiple measurements on at least 13 metal surfaces of the entire vehicle. The original paint thickness of mainstream Chinese models typically ranges from 90μm to 150μm. If any area exceeds 200μm or even reaches over 500μm, we will directly conclude that the area has undergone bodywork and filler repair.
Due to legal restrictions preventing unregistered vehicles from high-speed driving on public roads in China, most of our dynamic tests are conducted in a closed area (with a maximum speed of around 60 km/h). This is sufficient to test for suspension noise and low gear smoothness, but it cannot simulate high-speed wind noise and tire balance vibrations at 120 km/h.
Obtaining precise internal resistance at different SOC levels requires disassembling the battery pack and connecting it to a professional charge-discharge cabinet for several days of cycling tests. This is beyond the scope of non-destructive used car inspections; we only provide real-time estimated internal resistance data based on OBD port readings.
