The car's condition is as recorded. It was involved in a minor collision with an electric scooter, injuring an elderly person with underlying health conditions who died a month later. The car's condition mainly consisted of a replaced left front fender and a few centimeters of sheet metal work on the A-pillar; the rest was original paint. The 4S dealership is currently releasing the vehicle from its lien; the registration will be issued at the end of the month. The vehicle was previously registered under the 4S dealership's name, transferred to an employee, and then back to the 4S dealership.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
No hidden fees. The total amount on the FOB/CIF invoice is the final amount. We rely on professional supply chain operations to earn a reasonable margin and do not allow any sales personnel to privately request kickbacks or service fees from you.
The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).
