Condition Description

Only the rear cover was replaced; other sheet metal parts retain their original paint. The entire car is covered with a car cover. The car was driven by a woman and hit a curb, resulting in extensive damage. The left front shock absorber and both left tires were replaced. It's essentially a 2023 model. The M50 series is the only dual-motor all-wheel-drive BMW i4 series, with a maximum power of 400 kW, 795 Nm of torque, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just over 3 seconds, a top speed of 218 km/h, a range of 560 km (532 km tested), wide 245/40 R19 tires, adjustable suspension, adaptive laser headlights, Harman Kardon sound system, and an 8-year/160,000 km warranty on the three main electrical components.

Q&A

More

What level of condition should overseas buyers expect for cars older than 5 years?

Maintain objective expectations. Vehicles over 5 years old inevitably show signs of decreased paint gloss, slight aging of rubber seals, irreversible patina on interiors, and surface rust on chassis components. As long as core structure and mechanical failures are not involved, these are normal depreciation characteristics over time.

After the vehicle arrived at the port, it was found that the rubber parts of the chassis (such as dust covers and engine mounts) had extensive cracking. Does this fall under the compensation for "certain repair parts compensation"?

Absolutely not. The aging and cracking of rubber parts are inevitable over time and are a normal manifestation of vehicle depreciation. Our compensation only covers sudden and catastrophic mechanical failures, such as engine cylinder scoring or transmission gear breakage.

Will you clearly inform if the vehicle was previously a commercial vehicle (ride-hailing, taxi, rental)?

The "usage type" section on the vehicle registration certificate has legal validity. Any vehicle that changes from "commercial" to "non-commercial" has a usage intensity far exceeding that of personal vehicles, and we will label these prominently. Such vehicles are usually cheaper but have more severe mechanical wear.
