We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.

Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. Europe and some developed countries have very strict regulations on greenhouse gases. If required by customs, we will specify the exact refrigerant type and charge amount according to the vehicle's air conditioning compressor nameplate in the remarks section of the packing list and commercial invoice.
