For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. Compliance with the law is an absolute requirement for exports. All vehicles exported through our platform must complete the following legal processes: release all domestic bank mortgages, pay all traffic fines, and complete the formal deregistration for "transfer pending export" with the Chinese public security traffic management department. Only vehicles with 100% clear ownership can be approved for export permits.

Our shipping quotes are typically valid for only 7 to 14 days. If a CIF contract is signed and there are significant fluctuations in shipping costs due to war surcharges or route changes imposed by the shipping company before the vehicle is actually loaded, we will transparently provide you with the official price increase notice from the shipping company. At that point, we reserve the right to renegotiate the freight difference or allow you to change the trade terms to FOB, letting you designate your own freight forwarder for booking.
