We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

If the car has been maintained at an authorized dealer, we can extract the desensitized official maintenance history (including entry time, mileage, and maintenance items) through a paid third-party data provider and provide it to you. If some year records are missing, we will honestly inform you that the "records are incomplete."

The commercial invoice and export license we provide are based on the vehicle's underlying VIN and official Chinese nameplate data. If there are minor discrepancies with the destination country's customs system parameters (such as curb weight), we will issue a "Parameter Explanation Letter" stamped by our company to assist you in explaining, but we cannot change the official document data.
