If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.

The vehicle's "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" will clearly print the records of the mortgage and its release. Absolutely prohibited. Chinese customs requires a "bare car" declaration for used car exports. If undeclared goods are found inside the vehicle, it could lead to inspection and detention, or even smuggling charges. We refuse any form of concealment requests.
