Each car comes with a 1-year or 30,000 km nationwide warranty, and out-of-town repairs for malfunctions. All vehicles are in excellent condition, with engines and transmissions in peak condition, no accidents, no flood damage, and no major repairs. Real photos of the vehicles are available; interested buyers can select and test drive them on-site. No deposit is required upfront; simply inspect the car and verify the documents. It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
If insurance claims records are accessed, there will usually be notes like "the insured vehicle is fully responsible for hitting a fixed object" or "third-party liability insurance payment." We can roughly reconstruct the accident scene based on this and cross-verify the stress points on the vehicle's frame with paint thickness gauge data.
If General Average is triggered, all cargo owners must share the rescue costs. If you purchased marine insurance with a "General Average included" clause under CIF terms through us, the insurance company will cover this high shared cost for you; if you are an uninsured FOB buyer, you will need to pay it yourself.
