This vehicle has no history of major accidents, is not a flood-damaged vehicle, and is not a fire-damaged vehicle. The interior is in good condition. We offer a one-year or 20,000-kilometer warranty and provide a third-party inspection report. If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
We cannot privately forge or re-stamp the original vehicle nameplate (this is illegal). If the nameplate is unclear, we will rely on the clear VIN on the windshield and the engine stamp as supplementary proof, and we will warn you of this risk before shipping.
Our legal delivery milestone is based on the "Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)". As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. The uncontrollability of maritime transport must be factored into your expectations.
